In addition to Japanese organic matcha, we also use EU organic matcha powder from Sichuan and Fujian provinces in China. Carefully selected tea leaves are ground using Japanese methods.
Produced in high altitudes in China, our matcha is EU organically certified. The leaves are hand-picked and finely ground using Japanese machinery, resulting in vibrant color, a smooth texture, and rich umami flavor.
